Hey everyone, I am extremely happy with my current two channel system which begins with my MBP. My question is how to additionally route the signal to a multi room amp while keeping my current signal quality in shape. Ideally, I'd like to use a wireless solution since the multi room is in a different room than my full system. I do use iTunes through Amarra.

I had a reasonably minor but audible hum in my subwoofer, and I noticed it went away when I detached the cable from my TV. The TV power was turned off, as was my receiver. (Not just standby, but off). Nevertheless, there was a ground loop from the cable to my TV to my connecting HDMI cable to my receiver to my 0.1 LFE input on my sub. I put this in to isolate the incoming cable, and it worked flawlessly.

I was looking for a DAC to complete my new stereo system. I use an Apple MacBook with Decibel to play digital music via the DAC. The rest of the system consists of DIY preamplifier (Thel VX-D, battery powered class-A MosFet output), two Hifiakadmie PowerAmps, and AOS Studio 24 BE speakers (top-of-the-line ScanSpeak drivers).
